On June 20, right before Dragon Boat Festival, President Tsai Ing-wen visited Studio Classroom headquarters, and presented Studio Classroom Founder Dr. Doris Brougham with a Taiwan passport. The President thanked Brougham for being a true friend of Taiwan and for her great contributions in raising the English level of its citizens in the past seven decades.
President Tsai, Brougham and longtime Studio Classroom TV host Hazel Johansen also filmed a segment for Tsai’s YouTube channel, and the three women had a wonderful time chatting about their common love of animals.
